Pumpkin Buckwheat Gingerbread Recipe
Not bad. Added a couple handfuls of blueberries and crushed pecans for added flavor and texture. Instead of a pie tin, I just lined a cookie sheet with parchment paper, then poured to form a rectangle a couple inches thick. Baked as instructed. After it was done baking, let cool, then cut into squares like brownies. That’s my two cents ;-)
