Big weekends -- our mini vacations sneaking off to some nearby local to mountain bike, road ride, run, or hike -- are what motivate many of us to get through the work week. By Monday morning we're often considering our next adventure. Lately I had gotten a little too busy with work and had difficulty coordinating with friends. The Tour de France is once again upon us. While I don’t watch the race as religiously as I once did (the hype, doping scandals, and related politics have soured me), I’m still fascinated by the big climbing stages. I'm well behind with my blog due to the overwhelming demand we've been experiencing for Enduro Bites Real Race Food. Now most companies in our position would simply call their supplier and order more product.
